He does have some serious personality issues

I'm sure he's an OK bloke in private and with his mates etc, but there isn't an ounce of humility in his body.

I think he thinks that admitting any weakness at all will give his detractors more ammunition, but generally I think he'd emerge with some credit if he addressed some of the issues that are bothering fans - imbalanced squad, expensive loan signings who are not played, why some players are signed and then never play etcetc.

Bit more honesty would go down well.
