Is it a culture thing?

Remember a Lewis interview saying losing was just shrugged off at Norwich whereas at Newcastle it's treated as life and death. Our problem does feel a little psychological. Not happy with what happened yesterday but still think our best hope is that we can get this team to gel and hope that those new players coming in can help adjust the attitude.
