Just had a look at the actual facts. Quite amazing.
From 2017 to now, there have been 19 Grand Slams (should have been 20, but Wimbledon didn't happen last year)
In those 19 slams, there have been 15 different womens' champions. Halep and Barty have won two each, Osaka three - the other 12 have been won by 12 different women.
To get to 15 different *mens* Grand Slam champions, you have to go back to not 2017, but .....
....Lleyton Hewitt winning Wimbledon in 2002. 76 grand slam tournaments.
