Its very simple

If one of the big 6 score a goal its onside. Unless its against one of the big 6 in which case they base it on previous seasons champions league performance.

If someone outside the big 6 but established in the premier league scores a goal its onside if against a new promotee (excluding GIANT clubs like Newcastle Villa and Leeds).

If a plucky minnow scores a goal its off side unless theyre this seasons media love in.
