We know they need and want a CDM though. It's not new news.

Would you rather they panic and get someone who doesn't fit the bill again (Amadou), or trust that they're trying to get the best we can, acknowledging it may take longer?

It may be that we don't end up with one in as well. But it's not for the want of trying, I'll wager.
