Everytime I read on twitter someone saying we're slow, we're boring

we only play backwards and sideways I shudder. I've read Ex pros digging out Southgate for not starting Grealish but I personally think we are ridiculously professional now. I think Southgate and his coaching team now have all the gadgets they need to not only get our players into peak fitness but plan meticulously for every opponent. its so refreshing to see players playing their roles, doing their job for the team rather than for years us just picking the best 11 players, some out of position and hoping we win. I also love the current togetherness of our squad and I don't think that is coincidental, I think all the staff behind the scenes work really hard at bringing all the players close together.

I also think St Georges park has played a big part in nurturing these young talents through the England youth teams. All the coaches of all the youth teams have only one ambition, to get these youngsters ready for the 1st team.
