I'm trying to track down a joke involving sheep and the TdF starting in Yorkshire

I told it to my sister in 2014 who attended the start and she enjoyed it (so it's likely to be a bit weak). I get pretty much most of my jokes from off of here (another reason it's likely to be a bit weak).

Any thoughts Wroth of knowledge?
