Emi is a bit like Wes, (although so much better), if he's in the side, you have to build the entire formation around that.

He plays in the middle but he's not a number 10 and he's not a CM.

Emi leaving gives us the opportunity to evolve in a way that would not be possible if he stayed.

Time will tell if that improves us or makes us much worse of course.
