In left ear only. As DH mine quite mild, don't notice it in environments where there is noise, so with TV, in crowds, working etc. But sitting here with in quiet I can hear it. I did get investigated ages ago and just got told I had high frequency hearing loss. Too many gig maybe!
It depends how bad your is but the key for me is to keep occupied so I don't think about it, and avoid situations that may make it worse long term, so ear defenders when using petrol mowers, etc...
