Why would we sell for £40m when that massively increases our chances of going down

and thus losing out millions in PL money. We would not get any suitable replacement with that money due to wage barrier. It would only be if Emi and his agent spat their dummies out that it would create a problem. The fee would have to be inflated as we DON'T have to sell.
