Just raffle them off using a random number generator

If you don't confirm the ticket allocated randomly to you it goes back into the ether.

Those that have their memberships linked will be allocated seats next to each other if selected. (up to maximum of 4 in a group).

Once the max number of memberships or a threshold 95% of tickets are sold then the computer will check memberships and allocate seats accordingly.

If you attended a game you will join "attended previous game pool" where all other memberships will be selected randomly before offered back to the previous attendees pool.

After that game those in that previous pool returned to main pool and latest attendees join separate pool

Its random, its fair, it doesn't penalise anyone and its not helpful of opposition fans who only want to attend 1 game.... its a 1/18 chance and still not guaranteed to be offered a ticket.
