In my job

if i make a mistake or do somteting the customer doesn't like then the customer has a go at me direct. My boss only gets involved if I don't sort it out to customers satisfaction.

But equally I dont get paid ?5/6k per week ( local paper said recently avg pay ?4k per week and our wages are higher) so why shouldnt Huighes take the brickbats , I would take any verbal abuse for my mistakes if I were being paid?3/4 million plus signing on fee for turning up for 3 years
