Don't understand the treatment of Hughes
In any other company, customers would raise concerns with the decision makers, not the subordinates. As manager, Worthington takes responsibility. I truly feel for Hughes and his family tonight, as I know how upsetting such abuse would be to me if I was in his same position.
It took me back to John Barnes in the England shirt. Can't believe its just been repeated in my own back yard. Well disappointed and embarrassed.
