i administered emergency first aid, treated and reassured the casualty, comforted the perp, provided medevac to the vets, cleared up the scene for days afterwards (badly healed/gnawed cats tail stumps deliver a whole LOT of blood splatter and paid for the whole sweet mess. i get shown cat butthole as gratitude.
