This is a great point.

IMHO while we will sell out every single PL game we need to do some incredible deals on cup games and preseason friendly's.

For cup games we could easily do something like get a free kids ticket with every adult ticket and additional kids tickets $1

We are never close to selling out, so stuff like this would be a great way to bring in new fans.

Also still think we should consider a temp stand in front of the hotel. I know its been looked at before but I'm sure it would pay for itself over time, especially as its pretty certain the demand will be huge for tickets next season. People are gasping to get back to live football.
