is he can adapt to suit the needs of the whole. i did worry that emi's days were numbered when farke put him in the oliveira chamber at the start of the season and my inner duke of edinburgh thought emi being emi he was gonna sulk like, well a stereotypical very sulky south american dummy spitting-toys out of the pram, petulant, transfer requesting never to be seen again player. i thought DF had a streak where if he didn't like your mush your were completely frozen out of the picture cf leitner, tommy tribals, oliveira, who all seemed to have got the could farke shoulder. not only did he turn emi round as a team player but the improvement in his overall game is another level and it looks as if DF has managed to calm the hotheadedness levels down a notch without losing any of emis south american exuberance and spirit. for that alone i'd say he was championship manager of the year. by a mile.
