Updates coming shortly from Daniel Farke's latest pre-match press conference...
-------------------------------------------------------------------

DF: As a coach, there's no fun parts! As a coach, you have to focus on the messages you give straight after a game. You're more concentrated on the next game straight away.
The most enjoyable part of the business is as a footballer.

DF: We can read the table and we know the situation. It makes no sense to hide from it, we know we're in a fantastic position.

DF: We're not too addicted to these thoughts, we just want to win football games. We can't influence what happens on other pitches.

DF: I'm not surprised with how well we've done, but very impressed. We lost important players in the summer and didn't have a proper pre-season - we then found ourselves in the Championship, the toughest league in the world. It's been an unbeliveably difficult season but it's so impressive that we're on course for one of best-ever seasons.

DF: If we confirm promotion sooner, it will allow us to celebrate a bit more! We are not too addicted to when we seal promotion - there is plenty of time for us to plan for next season, we have to make sure it happens first.

DF: I'm a bit old school and I advise my players to stay away from social media! But we are living in different times, there are many advantages of social media. But there are many many negative aspects.

DF: We encourage our players to be very careful. I fully respect players or club who want to stay away from it but I would back my players if they wanted to do the same.

DF: First of all, we have to be a bit careful praising young lads too much. We can't label Andrew a proper proven player yet. But he's made a good start - he's very young and delivering in a crunch period is impressive.

DF: I'm always respectful or other clubs. It's always a great experience to be thrown in cold water - Wayne Rooney was a world-class striker. Wayne will grow as a person and manager with this experience. I'm sure he can lead them to successful times. They've had some injury problems in recent weeks, he has shown he can deliver and that his team can play proper football.

DF: I don't mind when we get promoted. The stadium won't be full so the difference won't be too much. For me, the most important point is that it happens at some point.

DF: The league is different to two years ago. The job this year has been much harder. We are the favourite in every game this year and that makes things much harder.

DF: Double figures in goals and assists, fantastic on the ball and off the ball - Emi Buendia. He works his socks off for the team. He's matured so much over the past few years.

DF: The issues at the start of the season were quite normal. It's hard as a young player to have lots of speculation. You have to learn to adapt to this. The young lads had to experience a setback and Emi has grown a lot over the past few months.

DF: First of all, all the players involved in the last game are available. Good news with Adam Idah and Michael McGovern will return back to team training next week.

DF: Bad news with Lukas Rupp, he has a new hamstring injury. He will miss the next three weeks, it's doubtful he'll be involved for the rest of the season. He's been struggling during the rehab process. We'll assess if there are other problems.

DF: We hope that he can join us fit for next season.

DF: When he's in his rhythm, he is a top class players. He has lots of experience and is very good with the ball. He's played well in many games this season.

DF: It's quite normal that the offensive players get more attention. But Kenny McLean plays a key role, he is very good in the air and good in duels. He's there with goals and assists, I'm still working to improve him but he's having a fantastic season so far.

DF: On Tuesday night, the players were buzzing and they are allowed to celebrate. But on Wednesday morning, everyone was focused once again. The opponent will be highly-motivated on Saturday. We are fully-aware of our strengths, but we must be respectful and focused going into the weekend.

DF: When Wayne took over, Derby had a brilliant run of form. They're a good footballing side, they are brave and play with energy. They've had some injuries but are a good side.

DF: When you're in the process, you don't really savour the records or historical things. We are still greedy to keep going.

DF: We are fully aware that the final few games of the season are difficult. We have lots of teams fighting at the top. But I'm pleased with this - it's a challenges and we want to play the best teams in this league.

DF: I'm delighted for Kieran. He is full of potential. He's done well to come back from his injury - he works very hard on the pitch with his pressing and movement. He's also delivering with end product with goals and assists. But there's still periods in the game that he can improve and we are working with him on these points.

DF: When you work in football for so long, you have magic nights. It was one of our best performances for sure - hard work was the base for it. Everything came together.
