Can also recommend Cauldron, Heck Cumberland-style, Plant Pioneers 'shroomdogs (although they are quite mushroomy). The Richmond ones I'd find hard to tell apart from the 'normal' ones.

If you ever get the chance to try a Beyond Burger that'll mess with your mind in a good way.
