Not good enough for Pukki, not good enough for me.

We've been buttered up for Aarons leaving all year, I expect we'll sell to anyone who'll give us £30m and Webber and the head scout know exactly who'll be our new hero... I'd expect Mumba to go out on loan. Wouldn't be surprised if we're looking at a Dimi-esque solution to the topic.

I agree on the new centre back. In an ideal world we need 2, a left footed one and a right footed one. Hanley is actually more than fine and (cliche alert) quietly very quick (for a centre back) but he looks much worse when pushed onto his left in combination with the way we play. If we attempted to clear our lines more then he might not have this odd rep. No one knows how Gibson will come back. Perhaps we just need one, a left footer, and take a view on Famewo in with the group.

Left back I think we're sorted. Dimi looks really good, much better than Lewis with the caveat that he had a really ropey start vs Blackburn and was lucky not to get carded and give a pen (he got none of the ball and all of the leg basically on the box line?)

The Skipp topic is crucial. We identified him so if we can't have him again we need his taller twin brother. Maybe it's Sorensen. I think we need to add a real cvnt in here. Someone properly horrible but who is a good lad you want on your team. A Burnley player. I think Kenny, Skipp, Sorensen and Das Brute would be perfect. Not sure how we go without Skipp.

Agree Placheta needs seasoning, Onel not reliable, new winger please. Wonder if that French forward wide player we were after is still of interest? Agree on Pukki but it needs to be a different player. The problem is that Pukki is great at 1 thing but we saw after 10 games it was much easier to stop us creating that 1 thing in the Prem. Are any of your suggestions the type who can do more? We need someone like the Lukaku who was at West Brom and Everton. I've not seen Armstrong much but he just looks a poacher so I don't see how he's an improvemt on Pukki.

Number 10 was out biggest problem in the Prem. Mike Bailey seems convinced Dowell is the answer.
