How do we need to strengthen in the summer

Top priority is obviously defensive midfield where we can hopefully get Skipp back on loan or permanent as part of a swap with Aarons. Otherwise Glen Kamara would be worth a look (interesting Pukki didn't mention him when he was asked which national team mates he would like for Norwich).

Then given the problems last season we need another centre back as an upgrade on Hanley (not saying Hanley definitely isn't good enough just that we need to be better). I have no idea who this is. Tom Lees looked like he was going to be good a few years ago but seems to have gone backwards.

Controversially I then think we need an upgrade on Pukki with someone who has a good chance of scoring a lot of goals. This won't be cheap. Josh Maja could be an option, Toney would be great and Armstrong also worth going for. I'm not sure we'll have the cash for this.

We also need a front line no. 10 option, unless we are going with Rupp. I can't see us having the money to do this as well.

I'd also like another pacey winger as an upgrade on Hernandez. I think Placheta will go on loan (along with Idah).

Obviously we probably also need a right back if Max is sold (hopefully we have a Giannoulis type option identified) and a creative playmaker if Emi goes (he will be much harder to replace).

It's going to be tricky.
