IG - have used them for a while
and their charges are in-line with others. Can give examples but not on here. If you're thinking of just buying some shares and sitting on them for a while you should be aware that charges are lower the more you trade. Or are you thinking of day trading?
What I would say is get in quick before the world gets back to normal as there are still some good pickings out there but by June/July they'll be gone.
Obviously this depends mostly on how much cash you want to trade.
