Todd/Pukki - Offside?
So, here's my take, having seen the replay a few times...
Final ball from Pukki to Todd - Todd is behind the ball.
Initial through ball - Pukki is onside and Todd is in an offside position.
When Pukki pulls the ball back for Todd, he becomes active in the same phase of play and it's an offence as he has gained an advantage from being in an offside position.
In my opinion (could be right, could be wrong) the decision appears correct and it is all in a single attacking phase (no rebounds, no tackle, no save).
Galling and disappointing certainly.
Both penalties... I'm making no comment 👀
