I suspect

Some of the teams that are on the fringe of the Champions League will find many clubs offering them players on loan to get those extra five points that will allow them to qualify for the GBE.

The article doesn't detail how everything works but I am sure there will be some clubs outside the top 4 leagues who we will suddenly become much more familiar with.

Anyone know how many points Soto has?
