If we don't go up I think he'll definitely be off. If we do then it's the age-old start every game for a Norwich or warm the bench with the odd appearance for someone else. A combination of higher wages and belief they can force themselves into the team might well push them towards the latter decision rather than the former, and that's part and parcel of football. We are still doing rather well at identifying young talent, with Josh Martin just the latest and more in the wings too, and that's the way we run under Webber.
