That includes bollocks like...

...increased tourism around the city.

It also legislates for increases in crowd numbers - which for a club that's sold out already has no benefit.

And also includes the prize money, based on an average of finishing midtable - which is unrealistic for MOST newly promoted, non-London or benefactor-backed, clubs. At 500K a place, there's a big difference between finishing 10th and 19th.
