Why is his heart not in it?

He's a goal scoring midfielder, he's never been a ball winner, though perhaps more so earlier in the season.

He's still getting into goal scoring positions and we really need that now more than ever.

Perhaps he should be the player making way later on in a game if we decide to tighten up?
