Thanks to Roger the Cowman (no sniggering at the back), who keeps Highlanders on our hill, we have a freezer full of their beef at McGit Towers and I can confirm that it is very superior stuff. I'm thinking of getting some in Kent but Mrs Git says it has to wait until I retire.
