That's a good idea, but if a player...

gets the offer of a guaranteed wage or one that is linked to turnover, which one is he going to pick? We obviously have to offer that little bit more in order to get certain players to sign. As I said before, i'm sure we could reduce the wage bill significantly, but would then have very little chance of promotion ever again.
