It's a difficult one to manage as...

you need to be doing well on the pitch to have any chance of making money. At this level you have to pay to be succesful on the pitch, so we have to pay those wages. If the club were happy to settle for mid-table in the Championship then we could seriously reduce the wage bill, but is that where we want to go?
