Agreed, I saw an interesting study on transmission in meatpacking plants

some of that is due to the controlled temperature environments etc, but the evidence suggests that much of the transmission in those contexts followed patterns of faecal virus transmission - ie, people not washing their hands properly when going to the toilet - I'd imagine that flush chains/handles etc are hotspots since no one washes their hands before flushing
