Opportunism - Conflating two issues

The money issues caused by covid are different from the underlying unsustainabilty of finance in the *whole* game.

The short term money discussed is the chance to keep a number of precarious clubs afloat in the short term in return for handing complete control to the top 6.

Anyone who thinks that the bit about power being placed in the hands of those 9 (but, really 6) clubs is something that can be negotiable is being naive.

Football needs reordering definitely - but using this 'project' as a starting point for discussions is playing into their hands. It's appalling.
