I suppose another way of putting is is that if a pupil at that school had not put the work
in or screwed up their exams then most probably all of their results would be below predicted grade levels but in this case they seem to have downgraded one or two results for every pupil. So you've got people predicted A,B,B getting outcomes like A, B, D which seems strange.
This government just seems to like mysterious algorithms a bit too much - this needed more of a human/sensitive touch.
