Any mortgage advisers on wrath?

Looking for a new career path. Few questions:

1. I can see the CeMAP course can be done online so I can fit it around my current job. How long does it take to get the qualification and how much does the complete training and exams cost?

2. Looking to go self-employed and get referrals from an Estate Agent that is a family member. What is the range of pay for a mortgage adviser starting out?

3. Are Mortgage Advisers still in demand [not COVID related] given the access people have these days online to compare their own mortgage products and is it still a 'safe bet' occupation?
