I've just started listening to the Ornstein and Chapman podcast

And think it's pretty good.

The Athletic journalists all seem pretty well connected into the clubs etc, so seem well informed. It's a bit serious compared to the Totally Football Show and Guardian Football Weekly, which are my staple generic football listening.

Plus, you can still get some of the content even if your Athletic subscription runs out.
