Great post and echoes my thoughts.
The lack of leaders has cost us dearly. Even our most experienced players - Tettey, Klose and Krul seem pretty nice guys. Worked out great last season but I do think we suffer without any strong voices out there.
Hanley was looking key but too unreliable and you can’t really expect him to play 46 games can you?
