Bournemouth, Dorset, is one of the few 'tourist' places I haven't been to

But I always thought of this seaside place as being one of the more affulent ones, compared to the likes of Southend and Blackpool and didn't expect to see this kind of behavior. Guess they have flocked from outside. Arry the dodger Redknapp won't be pleased.
