I follow 14 people, mostly football (NCFC, Goreham) or Cricket (TMS, Solent Sport, HCCC). You may still get some random stuff but it will mostly be what you are interested in.
I would not use it as an unfiltered general news source but for tings like team news, prospects for play at the cricket and so on it is great. And I quite like Goreham's behind the scenes photos as part of the matchday buildup.
