Bunch of utter s**tehouses imo

They delivered a corner sofa and somehow managed to scratch my new laminate wood flooring. Sent them some photos of damage (about 4 or 5 planks so small area) and they stumped up to have entire floor refitted. With solid oak flooring. That sort of s**tty careless customer service means that i definitely will never not go back and use them again and that is even without an inept 3rd party courier company being involved.
