In Norfolk for the main part.

My folks moved away when I was a few months old, and moved back while I was at uni. So I don't have the accent. Dad's originally from Essex, I grew up in the Midlands. I've now lived pretty much my whole adult life in Cardiff. My accent is seemingly pretty neutral.

I can approximate the Norfolk accent by toning every sentence as a question.
