In terms of getting football going
That is tomorrrow’s problem for the Premier League. They’d obviously be pretty confident on winning any kind of legal challenge. Worrying about it doesn’t help them get going.
If they didn’t allow promotion don’t you think Leeds and WBA would launch their own legal challenge?
