A simplified model which is pretty close to accurate is assigning a power rating to each club based on position.

Anything but playing the games will lead
to a cluster f**k of legal challenges.
Voiding the season would also lead to a slew of legal challenges.
Far better option in the long run would be to play out this season at a later date and abandon next season if crowds can't come back (as already mentioned) The EFL cannot work without crowds financially.
