in fact, you're all safe almost certainly - other than the p-in-l's, for whom it would be a problem because of age .... so depends on your assessment of the likelihood of any of you having it, and of giving it ... and that depends on what you've been up to, and how close you all are when you meet, and for how long, in what sort of space etc.
