Assuming this seasons mess is sorted out......how do teams outside the PL start next season.

Virtually all the income in the champs, LG1 and LG2 is from match days.

If they cant start the season with crowds then it surely makes sense (financially) to abandon next season lay off everyone and defer all player contracts. (The players would have to agree or the clubs would go broke)
