I think they need some sort of extended furlough scheme for leagues 1 and 2 and
they should be suspended for a year or something.
Just think no parachute payments to the champ next season could give each club in leagues 1 and 2 about £2.5million.
You could pay 30 players at each club £25K a year for £750K.
