What the final table looks like is academic to us, there is no fair formula of predicting the remaining games that leaps us up to safety.

The only thing that'll save us is the powers that be choosing to abandon relegation. In part that will depend on whether anyone can work out the conundrum of deciding play off 'winners'.

The more leagues that decide to can relegation, the better (for those pinning hopes on lawyers).
