what do you mean 'self-funding'?

If you mean that they made a profit, i.e. that expenditure was less than their revenue then: Arsenal, Brighton, Burnley, Chelsea, Huddersfield, Leicester, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, Newcastle, Southampton, Tottenham and West Ham all made a profit according to 2017-18 accounts.

So most of the league is self funding by that metric.
