Give them 3-4 pairs of gloves and 5 masks at the start of a shift and tell them to change them every 2 hours for example. And I've said before you can get cheap arse respirators for £7,less if you bought a job lot and that wouldn't affect ppe supply for frontline care workers.It smells imo.
