They do, in the ONS statistics. The daily ones have "always" been

hospital deaths only.

And that is, as far as i'm aware, the same for all the countries reporting in Europe except France who started adding their care home deaths half way through. You can see when that was as their cases went up by about 30,000 in one day and deaths by about 1,500.
