Are you suggesting english teams can't play in europe till we have a result for all 92 teams and confirmed all the regulations and promotions?

Are you suggesting that uefa will wait for us to finish our season (because some countries finished their's in time or where void/declared) before they can draw the names out of the hat?

Teams in the pl don't give a s**t about teams outside the pl hence the way the money is doled out down the pyramid. It is all to do with money and playing in europe to get even more money.

The pl has to keep the idea of completing the season alive for as long as they can to mitigate the impending s**tstorm.

i hear what you are saying and in an ideal world it would be nice but it isn't going to happen. House of cards as they say.
