It’s easy to send one box from A to B overnight

It’s somewhat more complicated to send tens of thousands all over the UK with the right items for the right people all at the same time.

You’re then relying on someone the other end to process and distribute it.

I don’t doubt it could be done better and quicker but it’s not easy.

Remember when KFC changed suppliers and ran out of chicken? Distribution is complicated
